Role Responsibilities

High-Level Client Work

  • Understand client requirements at a high level and communicate them effectively to the project team.
  • Represent the company in client interactions, ensuring professional and positive client experiences.

Basic Project Management Work

  • Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Monitor project status and ensure tasks are progressing as scheduled.

Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients to gather information, clarify needs, and update them on project progress.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the initial stages and throughout the project lifecycle.

Scheduling Meetings

  • Schedule and organize client meetings, ensuring all necessary team members are invited and prepared.
  • Coordinate internal meetings to align the team on client expectations and project progress.

Communication

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Documentation

  • Document project requirements, client feedback, and project progress accurately.
  • Ensure that all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.

Client-Facing Documentation

  • Prepare and review documents intended for client review, including presentations, project plans, and timelines.
  • Ensure all client-facing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with project objectives.

Post-Meeting Notes

  • Take and distribute detailed notes after client and internal meetings.
  • Highlight key points, action items, and next steps for easy reference.

JIRA Management

  • Use JIRA to track project tasks, log issues, and monitor progress on deliverables.
  • Ensure that all tasks are accurately updated in JIRA for clear project visibility.

Status Reports

  • Prepare and share regular project status reports to keep clients and stakeholders informed.
  • Summarize key project updates, milestones, and any potential risks or blockers.

Basic Configuration

  • Perform basic system configurations to meet client requirements and project specifications.
  • Assist in setting up custom fields, workflows, or minor adjustments in Salesforce or other relevant platforms.

Quality Assurance / Testing

  • Conduct initial testing to ensure configurations and solutions meet client expectations.
  • Identify and report any issues or errors for the technical team to address.

Data Loading

  • Assist in loading and migrating data as required, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Verify data uploads to ensure client data is correctly configured in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management or client consulting preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, documentation tools, and data loading processes.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with direct client interaction.
  • Salesforce certifications encouraged but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to document project progress effectively.
